Harleena Johal-Basi MA

Solicitor LL.B (Hons)

Harleena was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court in June 2005 and has five years post-qualification experience specialising in immigration and asylum work and four years experience as a supervisor.

She is a Senior Caseworker and Supervisor under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme and her particular interest lies in EEA law, unlawful detention claims, marriage, unaccompanied minor asylum claims and domestic violence cases.

In 2009 she obtained her Masters qualification in International Human Rights Law at the University of Essex.
