Kevin was admitted as a solicitor in 1982.
Kevin has acted in Immigration matters for many years. In addition to being a Senior Caseworker under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, he is also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI).
The ILPA was established in 1984 by a group of leading UK Immigration Practitioners to promote and improve the quality of advice and representation it’s members provide to immigrants; as well as a secure non-racist, non-sexist, just and equitable system of immigration, refugee and nationality law practice.
The JCWI is an independent national voluntary organisation, campaigning for justice and combating racism in immigration and asylum law and policy.
