Simon was admitted as a solicitor in 1977, and since then has practised in all aspects of criminal and civil litigation, including family and children law.

Since the year 2000, Simon has specialised in criminal and road traffic law but maintains his interest in administrative law which deals with disputes with local authorities and central government as regards the extend and use of their powers and Coroner’s inquests where the cause of a sudden and unexplained death have to be considered.

Simon has been a Court and Police Station Duty Solicitor for over 20 years and is a member of the Aylesbury Scheme. He is the supervisor of the firm’s Criminal and Prison Law Departments.

He is committed to the Legal Aid scheme and encourages all his clients to use it if their circumstances and finances allow.
